Anyone using Wi-Fi calling in a basement room? Does it work well?

My room in Waterloo is half underground and the signal drops. Thinking of turning on Wi-Fi calling.

Not a basement, but my building's lifts kill the signal and Wi-Fi calling sorted it. Worth trying.
