Payments, renewing your plan, referrals and more.When your plan's validity period ends, your number is suspended for 7 days. Renew your plan or switch to a new one during those 7 days to keep your number active.
If you don't renew or change your plan within the 7 days, the number is permanently disconnected. After that it can't be recovered or reactivated under any circumstances.
Log in to your account on the Unlimit Mobile website, go to “Recharge”, pick your plan and make a secure payment. You can add more data or minutes instantly, and it works the same way for Canada and USA SIMs.

Keeping your number
Porting the number you already have over to Unlimit Mobile.Porting moves your existing phone number from your current provider to Unlimit Mobile without changing it. You keep using the same number for calls, messages and verification services after you switch.
Enter your phone number, SIM PIN and ZIP code in the porting form and submit your request. Your current carrier may send you a message to approve the transfer, and then the porting process begins.
Just your phone number, your SIM PIN (also called account PIN) and your ZIP code as registered with your current carrier. Make sure they match exactly to avoid delays.
Most US number transfers are done within a few hours. Some can take up to one business day, depending on your current carrier and its verification process.
